What is an unlisted home and why is it for sale? The most simple explanation is to think of our unlisted homes as homes that the owner is willing to sell, but not actively looking to sell.

How is this a significant benefit? Well, think of it like this… If you want to be on a specific street, maybe there’s no home actively listed or there’s one home actively listed, yet two homeowners intend to put their home on the market in the upcoming months. Maybe you’ve had your sights set on a specific house since you were a child maybe there’s no actively listed home in the school district that you want that’s a mother-daughter.

Our intention at UNLISTED is to expand your options. The idea was inspired by an ambitious realtor, who found the right buyer for my last home by searching unsold, but previously for sale properties for his client like some of you, I was not looking to put my home back on the market, but I was willing to sell, and I did.
